Put-in:

In the wilderness near the entrance to the Upper Navua Conservation Area

Take-out:

Wainadiro

Road: 9.5 miles or 15 kilometers from highway to Nabukelevu (approx. 90 minute drive)

Rafting Journey: 22 miles or 35 kilometers from put-in to Wainadiro

Punt Journey: Approx. 14 miles or 23 kilometers from Namuamoa to Navua Town

Trip Classification: II to III

Season: Year round

Cost: US $160

Guides: Both Fijian and foreign guides are used in our programs

Safety: All guides have first aid, CPR, and swiftwater rescue training, equipment is state of the art.

Scenery: Excellent, numerous waterfalls, lush rain forest, narrow canyons - 200 feet or 61 meters deep, fruit bats, swallows, heron, parrots, barking pigeons

Side Hikes: Depends on trip timing, number of days on the water, and flow

What to Pack: River shoes, hat, sunscreen, shorts, water, change of dry clothes

Type of Boats: Paddle rafts

Pick-up: Depends on location (5:00AM - 7:300AM)

Return: Depends on location (3:30PM - 6:00 PM)

Put-in: 10:00 to 10:30 AM

Take-out: 5:30 to 6:30 PM

Meals: Light AM snack, lunch, take-out cooler & light PM snack
